ABOUT GAME

Aether Wizard Life is a cozy adventure where you play as a young wizard apprentice in a haunted town filled with magic, mystery, and romance. It is a love letter to Studio Ghibli, Harry Potter, and classic 2D hand-drawn games.

Game play

• Begin as a Wizard Apprentice in the fallen town of Starfall, aiming to become the Archmage.
• Master 30+ wizard skills including potion-making, spellcasting, weapon crafting, summoning, elemental combat, rune crafting, and time manipulation.
• Seek the 13 Lost Elementals hidden by the last Archmage in dangerous dungeons to restore peace.
• Build a castle, marry one of 12 datable NPCs, and share your home with creatures like alpacas and unicorns.
• Fulfill requests from the townsfolk to help rebuild their lives.
• Run a Potion Shop, brewing potions from foraged ingredients.
• Revive the town by running a Tavern, serving food, and training staff.

History

Aether Wizard Life is the debut title from Vonder Games. It began as a Kickstarter side project by Sean and Shin, co-founders who worked together at the same company in their main jobs. Now working on the Studio full time, they aim to reimagine the classics in both genres and mechanics, creating nostalgic worlds that still feel strikingly fresh.
